How do I ban someone?
Log in to the Control Panel. Select "Entry Manager." Check the box(es) next to the message(s)
posted by the IP address(es) you would like to ban. Click the "Ban Selected" button to ban these
IP addresses.
I don't see a Ban Selected button!
In order to access this feature, you must have an Uber ZonkBoard. In order to get an Uber
ZonkBoard, you must pay a small annual fee. Please see the Uber Upgrades section of this FAQ for
more information.
What is the little "X" next to each of the messages on my board?
That is an admin-only feature. The board is smart and knows you own it, so only you see the
option. Users cannot delete any messages and do not see the "X" link. If you still do not want
that showing up, then use the Log Out option whenever you log in to the control panel and the
board will "forget" that you're an admin and not show the "X" link.
How much does an Uber ZonkBoard cost?
The current price for an Uber ZonkBoard is $10.00 per year.
I don't have any money, can I get an upgrade for free?
No. We provide valuable service and expect to be compensated for the features we provide in order
to keep the site running and make a little bit of money on the side. We're not getting rich here,
nor do we expect to. However, it costs a lot of money to run this site, and every penny counts.
If you enjoy our service, we would simply ask that you reward our efforts by paying the small
annual fee that we're asking for. Surely you can afford less than 3 cents a day!
Do you accept PayPal?
Certainly! Once you have logged in to the web site, go to the upgrade section. There will be a
PayPal "buy now" button that will guide you through the payment process. We process PayPal
payments manually once received, so your board will not be upgraded right away and may take a
couple of days.
Can I get a refund?
We offer an unconditional 30 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you decide you don't like
the service or simply want your money back within 30 days of purchase, we will issue a full refund
